Being the Principal of Aarya Mission School, I take the leading role to impart holistic education among the children. Be an educator in 21st century I believe that its’s really very challenging to impart the qualities among the children what we really want. Became now children are taking birth with technology. Everyone knows that to operate any electrical devices even his/her early years. It’s the fact that we can’t take the children away from technology, but certainly we, being the educator, parents, guardians should take immense responsibility how to be very much vigilant what the children are doing. Ethics, morality, integrity, discipline, sophicated language, good personality, practical knowledge, presence of mind, creativity, critical thinking, competency are crying needs of the hour. A dream becomes a goal when action is taken towards its achievements; for this I am committed in taking constructive and purposeful action to produce lifelong learners and leaders. Co – curricular activities are one of the main weapons to bring holistic approach and qualities among the children. Every Saturday school organizes debate, quiz, extempore, elocution, picture composition, formation of story, logical reasoning, mathematical puzzle, news anchoring, commentary, role play and so on. Students are really showing interest and they are learning a lot. It’s a belief that with the help of teamwork we can achieve the dremwork. So while selecting team members I remain very careful and really the team is worhing efficiency to bring holistic qualities and efficiency among the children.
